STRAWBERRY SPARKLE Recipe





Ingredients:
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 ounces frozen strawberry daiquiri fruit juice concentrate,
thawed
6 ounces chilled champagne
4 ounces chilled lemon-flavored sparkling water


Mixing:
*Put fresh strawberries into a blender.
*Blend until smooth.
*Pour strawberry puree into a glass pitcher.
*Add juice concentrate.
*Stir well.
*Cover and refrigerate.
*Prior to serving, stir in champagne and sparkling water.
*Pour into chilled champagne flutes.
*Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
