GRAVEL GERTIE Recipe

Ingredients:
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce tomato juice
1 ounce clam juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Mixing:
Build vodka, juices, and Tabasco sauce into an old fashioned glass with ice.
Stir.

DUKE Recipe

Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 ounce triple sec
1/4 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
Champagne

Mixing:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add egg, triple sec, juices, and maraschino liqueur.
Shake.
Strain into a delmonico glass.
Fill with champagne.

BUNNY MOTHER Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce orange juice
1 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 ounce grenadine
1/4 ounce Cointreau


MIXING:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vodka, juices, sugar, grenadine, and Cointreau.
Shake.
Strain into a highball glass.
Fill with crushed ice.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 egg yolk
4 ounces orange juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Ingredients:
2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 ounces club soda
2 ounces dry white wine
Club soda




Mixing:
Pour the pineapple juice, powdered sugar, and club soda in a collins glass. Stir well. Fill with crushed ice. Add white wine. Fill with club soda. Stir. Garnish with an orange or lemon peel spiral.

Ingredients:

FROZEN MINT JULEP Recipe









Ingredients:
2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce sugar syrup
6 mint leaves
6 ounces crushed ice

Mixing:
*Muddle bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and mint leaves in a glass.
*Pour mixture and ice into a blender.
*Blend at high speed for 15 or 20 seconds.
*Pour into a chilled highball glass.

2 ounces frozen strawberry daiquiri fruit juice concentrate,

6 ounces chilled champagne
4 ounces chilled lemon-flavored sparkling water

*Put fresh strawberries into a blender.
*Blend until smooth.
*Pour strawberry puree into a glass pitcher.
*Add juice concentrate.

*Cover and refrigerate.
*Prior to serving, stir in champagne and sparkling water.

Abc Sandwich



 Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced scallions
2 tablespoons brandy
1/4 teaspoon coarsely-ground black pepper
18 slices toasted whole-wheat bread
Leaf lettuce
12 ounces crabmeat, picked over well
    to remove any shells
Tomato slices
12 slices slab bacon, cut in half,
    cooked crisp and drained
2 avocados, sliced

Mixing:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, scallion and brandy, and mix very well. For each sandwich, spread three pieces of bread with a portion of the mayonnaise mixture. Cover the first slice of bread with lettuce leaves, 2 ounces of crabmeat, and one or two tomato slices. Add the second slice of bread, and top with the four half-slices of bacon, a layer of avocado slices, another tomato slice or two, and more lettuce. Cover with the third slice of bread, secure the sandwich with wooden picks, if you like, and slice it in half.

Serve the sandwiches immediately. Hope you enjoy it.

Vodka Mint Recipe



Ingredients:
6 ounces frozen limeade
6 ounces vodka
17 mint leaves


Mixing:
Combine limeade, vodka, and mint leaves with enough ice to fill blender.
 blend at the highest speed possible until slushy. Pour into cocktail glasses.
 Top with thin slices of lime and mint leaves
(if you want you can add strawberry or apple as garnish.)

Peach Fuzz Recipe







whooo it's natural and smooth in my mouth, it's like a shake w/ vodka.

Ingredients:
3 ripened peaches or more if you like
6 ounces pink lemonade
6 ounces vodka
Ice cubes to fill blender


Mixing:
Put peaches, pink lemonade, vodka, and ice in a blender.
Blend until iced is crushed.
Place in freezer for appoximately four hours.
Scoop into highball glasses.
(serves 6)

Bloody Mary Recipe

Blood Mary
                 =It was a little creepy to me when they say "Bloody Mary", but now I know that it's tasty try it in the morning after you wake up It's great!


Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces vodka
3 ounces tomato juice
Dab of horseradish
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of celery salt
Dash or two Worcestershire sauce
Dash or two Tabasco sauce
1/2 ounce lemon juice


mixing:
Chill a cocktail shaker.
Add vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce. (tabasco is the most hot sauce)
 Add salt, pepper, and horseradish to taste.
 Pour into chilled collins glass or beer mug.
Garnish with a lime slice or a celery stalk. you can also add as garnish are okra pods and garlic stuffed olives

Mocha Frappucino Recipe

Mocha Frappucino
                 -perfect for summer.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh espresso
2 1/2 cups low fat milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon dry pectin
Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher or covered container.
=Stir or shake until sugar is dissolved. chilled and serve cold.

To make the "Mocha" variety:
Add a pinch (1/16 teaspoon) of cocoa powder to the mixture before combining.
To make espresso with a drip coffee and 1 cup of water.
Brew once then run coffee through machine again, same grounds.
Make about 1/2 cup fresh espresso to use in the above recipe.

Choco Java float Recipe

Chocolate Java Float

Ingredients:
4tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
4 scoops ice cream (choose the flavor you want)


Instructions:
In each of 2 tall glasses, stir together 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup and 1 cup club soda. place 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass and serve immediately.
Serve 2.


PS. you can also add toppings at the top of it. ask your  kid to help you, it might be your bonding time.

Chai Tea Recipe

Chai Tea
            - It is a tea originated from India made from aromatic herbs and spices. It's good for your Health. Hope you enjoy it with your love one's.

Ingredients:
3 cups of water
3 cups of milk (it's better to be skim milk)
6-8 black tea bags
1/2 cup honey (i really like honey)
1tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves (you can add more if you like)
1/2 tsp ground ginger

=>Bring water and milk to a boil
=>Add other ingredients, return to boil.
=>Turn off heat and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
=>Remove tea bags then filter through fine strainer.

SANGRIA recipe

Ingredients:
1/5 dry red wine
1 ripe peach
6 slices lemon
1/2 ounce cognac
1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce maraschino liqueur
1 tablespoon sugar
1 whole orange
6 ounces chilled club soda


Mixing:
* Pour wine into a glass pitcher.
* Add peeled and sliced peach and lemon slices.
* Add cognac, triple sec, maraschino liqueur, and
sugar.
* Stir to dissolve sugar.
*Carefully place the orange in the pitcher. (See below.)
* Let mixture marinate at room temperature for at
least 1 hour.
* Add soda (like coke or else) and 1 tray of ice cubes to pitcher.
* Stir well.
* Pour into some wine goblets.
(Serves 6)


(For orange: cut orange peel into one long strip,
beginning at stem end and continuing until spiral
reaches bottom of fruit. Make sure to expose the fruit
while cutting. Leave peel attached to orange bottom
to suspend fruit in pitcher.)

canadian coffee mix recipe



Ingredients:

¼ c Maple syrup; pure
½ c Rye whiskey
3 c Coffee; hot, black, double strength
Toppings:
Whipping cream (depends on your choice)
4 ts PURE Maple syrup


How To:

*Topping: Whip cream with maple syrup just up until soft mounds; set aside.
*Divide maple syrup and whiskey among 4 warmed heatproof glass mugs or goblets.
* Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top; spoon topping over coffee.

Alexander Espresso recipe



Ingredients:
• 1 cup Cold water
• 2 tb Ground espresso coffee
• ½ Cinnamon stick (3" long)
• 4 ts Crรจme de Cacao
• 2 ts Brandy
• 2 tb Whipping cream, chilled
• Grated semisweet chocolate to garnish


How To:
* Break out your espresso machine for this one or just make really strong coffee with a small
amount of water.
* Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso.
*Allow to cool for 1 minute.
* Add crรจme de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.
* Pour into cute demitasse cups.
*Whip the cream, and float some cream on top of each cup.

*Divide instant coffee and vanilla evenly between two Spanish coffee glasses.
* In a small heavy saucepan, dissolve sugar in the teaspoon of water.
* Over medium heat, stir dissolved sugar until it reaches a full boil. Immediately remove from heat and stir in boiling water.
* Divide sugar mixture between coffee glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream.

CLAMDIGGER Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces vodka
3 ounces clam juice
3 ounces tomato juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste


Mixing:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in all ingredients. Stir well. Garnish with a lime slice and some little umbrella.

RAMOS GIN FIZZ Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces gin
2 tablespoons cream or whipped cream
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white
1 tablespoon sugar
3 to 4 drops of orange flower water
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce club soda


Mixing
Firstly, fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Secondly, add gin, cream, lemon juice, egg white, powdered sugar, orange flower water, and lime juice. Third shake well. Next, strain into a goblet. Lastly, top with chilled club soda.

Coffee Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
1 c Milk
1 c Light cream
3 tb Instant coffee
2 c Boiling water


How To:
Over low heat or in double boiler, heat milk and cream till hot.
Meanwhile, dissolve coffee in boiling water.
Before serving, beat milk mixture with rotary beater-till foamy.
Add milk mixture into one warmed pitcher or server, and coffee in another.
Up to six servings

Buttered Rum Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 c Ground coffee
1/4 ts Freshly ground nutmeg
1 1/4 ts Rum extract
1/8 ts Liquid butter flavouring


How To:
Place coffee and nutmeg in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
Combine the remaining ingredients in the cup.
With processor running, add flavorings.
Stop processor and scrape sides of container with a spatula.
Process in about 10 seconds longer.
Store in a refrigerator.
makes 6 servings

Black Forest Coffee Recipe

This one's my favorite.. It's like a cake.... try it also.

Ingredients:
6 oz Fresh brewed coffee
2 tb Chocolate syrup
1 tb Maraschino cherry juice
Whipped cream
Shaved chocolate/chips
Maraschino cherries


How To:
Combine coffee, chocolate syrup, and cherry juice in a cup.
 mix well.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and a cherry on top.

Arabian Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 litre (about 1 pint) water
3 tablespoons coffee
3 tablespoons (or more) sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom
1 teaspoon vanilla or vanilla sugar


How To:
Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and heat until foam gathers on top. Stir it up before you serve it.

Amaretto Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:

1 ½ c Warm Water
1/3 c Amaretto
1 tb Instant Coffee Crystals

How To:
*In a 2-cup measure stir together water and instant coffee crystals.
*Micro-cook uncovered, on 100% power until it is steaming hot.

Cafe Cappuccino Mix recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c Instant coffee
3/4 c Sugar
1 c Nonfat dry milk
1/2 ts Dried orange peel


How To:
Mash orange peel with a mortar and pestle.
Stir ingredients together.
Process in a blender until powdered.
Use 2 Tablespoons for each cup of hot water.
stir well.
Makes about 2 1/4 cups of mix.

Ingredients:
2 c Prepared coffee, (fresh, instant, or decaf)
1/2 c Milk
4 tb HONEY, more or less to taste
1/8 ts Cinnamon
Dash nutmeg or allspice
Dash vanilla

How To:
Heat ingredients in a saucepan, but do not boil.
Stir well to combine.
Serve as a light dessert to your family.

Ingredients:
6 ounces milk
4 ounces apricot nectar
2 tablespoons apricot flavored brandy
Sparkling wine

Mixing:
Fill chilled cocktail shaker with milk, apricot nectar, and apricot flavored brandy. Stir until smooth. Pour into 6 red wine glasses. Add equal amounts of wine into each glass.

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce orange juice
1 ounce lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar

Ingredients:
12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
6 ounces bourbon
12 ounces crushed ice

Mixing:
Put lemonade and orange juice concentrate, bourbon, and ice in a blender. Blend until liquefied. Strain into sour glasses. Garnish with orange slices and cherries.

1 1/2 ounces gin
1 ounce framboise liqueur
1 1/2 ounces orange juice

SPARKLING STRAWBERRY MIMOSA

Ingredients:
2 ounces orange juice
2 ounces strawberries
1/2 ounce strawberry syrup
4 ounces champagne


Mixing:
Blend orange juice, strawberries, and strawberry syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a strawberry and an orange slice.

Ingredients:
1/5 blue curacao
8 ounces lemon juice
4/5 dry champagne
Peel of two lemons


Mixing:
*Chill all ingredients.

*Add champagne.
*Stir gently.
*Float lemon peels in the bowl.

Ingredients:
2/5 red wine
1/5 champagne
4 ounces gin
4 ounces cognac
Sugar to taste
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 lemons


Mixing:
Pour ingredients into a punch bowl. Stir. Add ice. Garnish with orange and lemon slices.

WHITE GRAPE, TANGERINE, AND SPARKLING WINE PUNCH recipe

Ingredients:
48 ounces unsweetened white grape juice
6 ounces frozen tangerine juice concentrate, thawed
8 ounces club soda
3 ounces brandy
2 ounces lemon juice
1/5 sweet sparkling wine
Thin slices of tangerine


Mixing:
Pour ingredients into a punch bowl over a block of ice. Stir. Cover punch bowl and refrigerate until cold. Add sparkling wine prior to serving. Float tangerine slices.

CHAMPAGNE PUNCH recipe

Ingredients:
Juice of 12 lemons
Powdered sugar
8 ounces maraschino liqueur
8 ounces triple sec
16 ounces brandy
2/5 chilled champagne
16 ounces club soda
16 ounces strong tea, optional

Mixing:
*Add enough powdered sugar to sweeten lemon juice in a small bowl.
*Pour mixture in punch bowl over ice.
*Stir.
*Add maraschino liqueur, triple sec, brandy, champagne,
club soda, and strong tea, if desired.
*Stir.
*Decorate with seasonal fruits.
(Serves 20–25)
